NutriZaika was founded on a simple but radical idea: South Asian dietary culture is not the problem. Decades of generic Western nutrition advice, transplanted without context onto populations eating daal, roti, and karahi, has left millions of South Asians managing PCOS, insulin resistance, and metabolic disease without meaningful guidance.
We built NutriZaika to be different. Every plan we write is rooted in clinical science and calibrated to the foods our clients grew up with. We don't ask you to replace roti with quinoa. We ask you to understand it — its glycaemic load, its macro contribution, its role in a balanced desi plate — and then optimise around it.
Today, NutriZaika serves clients in Lahore and across Pakistan, and online for the South Asian diaspora in Canada, the UK, and the UAE. Over 200 clients have completed our programmes. Every one of them kept their culture intact.
