A diet plan for Islamabad and Pindi.

NutriZaika builds personalised 28-day diet plans for people in Islamabad and Rawalpindi around the food of both cities: chapli kebab, Kabuli pulao, Pindi's chanay and nihari, café breakfasts and winter dry fruits. It all happens online, so there is no clinic visit to fit around office hours. Your plan arrives on WhatsApp within 48 hours.

How does a diet plan fit Islamabad and Pindi food?

The twin cities eat very differently from each other, and a good plan respects both.

  • Chapli kebab and Kabuli pulao: a chapli kebab is fried in plenty of fat, so it's a planned meal rather than a weekly habit. Pulao fits as one measured plate with salad and raita.
  • Pindi breakfasts: chanay with kulcha or puri, and nihari, work as an occasional weekend breakfast, with a lighter lunch to balance the day.
  • Cafés: a latte and a muffin at Kohsar Market or Jinnah Super adds up quickly. We show you the swaps: a smaller milk coffee, eggs instead of pastries, a sandwich instead of a pasta bake.

Our guide to a Pakistani diet plan for weight loss shows the same approach with home food.

What about office lunches and government hours?

Many people in Islamabad work set office hours, in ministries, embassies, NGOs and companies, and then sit in the evening rush on the Expressway or Murree Road. Your plan is built around those hours.

  • A packed lunch that keeps without a fridge until lunchtime, or a choice from your office canteen.
  • An evening snack for the drive home, so dinner doesn't turn into two dinners.
  • Simple meals for weeknights, with the more involved cooking saved for weekends.

How do you stay active in Islamabad?

Islamabad has some of the best walking in the country. The Margalla Hills trails, F-9 Park, Lake View Park and Rawalpindi's Ayub Park are all good for a regular walk. On rainy or very cold days, the Signature plan's optional home exercise routine, with an animated guide for every movement, keeps you moving indoors.

Winter brings dry fruit: chilghoza, almonds, walnuts and raisins. They are healthy foods, but a handful is plenty, because nuts are high in calories. Your plan gives you a portion, so a bowl by the heater doesn't undo the week.

Where can you get tests done in Islamabad and Rawalpindi?

You don't need tests to start. If you have recent results, send them on WhatsApp. Signature plans include a Lab Insight Review of results such as haemoglobin, HbA1c, vitamin D, cholesterol and thyroid.

Labs such as Chughtai Lab and Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (IDC) have collection points across both cities, and many offer home sampling. If you have PCOS or insulin resistance, our guides on PCOS and insulin resistance explain which results matter.

What does a day on the plan look like in Islamabad?

Here is an example office day. It shows the pattern; your own plan gives every portion in grams, set for your body and your goal.

WhenExample
BreakfastEggs, one roti and chai
Office lunchChicken salan and roti from home, with salad
After workA walk at F-9 Park or Ayub Park, then a piece of fruit
DinnerDaal, sabzi and one roti
WeekendCafé brunch with eggs and a small milk coffee, or Pindi chanay with one kulcha

Winter evenings add a measured handful of dry fruit, not a bowl by the heater.

How does an online nutritionist work in Islamabad?

You fill in a short assessment and talk to us on WhatsApp or a video call: your health, your routine, your budget and the food you love or avoid. We build a 28-day plan with every ingredient in grams, and Nida Tu Sehar, Nutritionist and Dietitian, reviews it before it reaches you on WhatsApp within 48 hours.

Results vary. One client lost 2.5 kg in the first two weeks; another went from 58 kg to 55 kg and wrote that their jeans felt loose. Read their messages on our client reviews page, and see plans and pricing.

Who reviews your plan

Every NutriZaika plan is reviewed by Nida Tu Sehar, Nutritionist and Dietitian (MPhil and BS (Hons) Food Sciences and Human Nutrition, Kinnaird College for Women, with over 7 years of clinical nutrition experience in hospitals). NutriZaika is a virtual health studio: there is no clinic to visit, so you never travel or wait.

01 Do you have a clinic in Islamabad or Rawalpindi?

No. NutriZaika is a virtual health studio, so everything happens on WhatsApp and video calls. You never need to take time off work for an appointment, and the plan and price are the same in both cities.

02 Can I follow the plan if I eat at cafés a lot?

Yes. Tell us which cafés you go to and what you usually order. We plan choices from those menus, such as eggs instead of pastries or a smaller milk coffee, so meeting friends doesn't mean breaking your plan.

03 Are dry fruits good for weight loss?

Nuts and dry fruits are healthy, but they are high in calories, so the portion matters. A small handful a day fits most plans well. Your plan gives you a measured portion in grams rather than a bowl you keep refilling.

04 Can my plan cover Ramadan?

Yes. Tell us at your assessment and your plan is built around sehri, iftar and your Ramadan office hours. Iftar dawats are planned like any other dinner: dates and water first, then one measured plate. If you have diabetes or take medicines, ask your doctor before you fast.
