These terms govern your use of nutrizaika.com and the nutrition services provided by NutriZaika, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using this site, submitting the consultation form, or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Please read this section carefully. NutriZaika provides nutrition and dietary guidance. We are not a medical practice, and nothing on this site or in any plan we produce is a medical diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for care from a qualified physician.
Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a diagnosed condition such as diabetes, kidney or liver disease, an eating disorder, or taking prescribed medication. Never stop or alter prescribed medication on the basis of a nutrition plan. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The client results shown on this site are real, shared with permission, and reflect what those individuals achieved. They are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.
Nutrition outcomes depend on adherence, starting point, genetics, medical conditions, medication, sleep, stress, activity and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific weight change, laboratory result, or symptom improvement.
Plans are purchased per cycle, either 2 weeks or 4 weeks. There are no lock-in contracts and no automatic renewals; each new cycle is bought deliberately.
Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. International clients may request equivalent pricing in CAD, GBP or AED. Payment is due in full before your plan is built. Any bank charges, currency conversion costs or transfer fees are your responsibility.
We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a cycle you have already paid for.
Your plan is a bespoke document prepared specifically for you. Because of that:
If something has gone wrong, contact us before anything else. We would far rather fix a plan that is not working for you than leave you unhappy.
The content of this site (text, design, photographs, protocols and the NutriZaika name and mark) belongs to NutriZaika and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and save pages for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Your personalised plan is licensed to you personally and may not be distributed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we provide the site and our services on an "as is" basis; we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; and our total liability to you in connection with any plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan cycle.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from your failure to follow a plan, from information you did not disclose, or from advice given to you by a third party.
This site links to external resources and uses third-party services including Netlify, Google Analytics and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
How we handle your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Changes apply to plans purchased after the change takes effect.
