NutriZaika is a nutrition and metabolic health studio based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, operating at nutrizaika.com. We provide personalised nutrition plans and consultations to clients in Pakistan and to South Asian diaspora clients internationally.
For the purposes of data protection law, NutriZaika is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Health information is sensitive. Under UK and EU data protection law, health data is a "special category" of personal data that requires stronger protection. Where we process health information about you, we do so on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you engage us to build your plan. You can withdraw that consent at any time, see Your rights.

Marketing is always optional. The marketing consent box on our contact form is not required. Declining it will never affect the service you receive, and you can opt out of marketing at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or emailing us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
NutriZaika operates from Pakistan and serves clients in Pakistan, Canada, the United Kingdom, the UAE and elsewhere. This means your information will be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including Pakistan and the United States.
Pakistan has not been the subject of a UK or EU adequacy decision. Where we transfer personal data from the UK or EEA, we rely on your explicit consent to the transfer and on contractual safeguards with our processors. If you would prefer your information not to leave your own jurisdiction, we will not be able to provide the service, please contact us to discuss before sharing anything.

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to client records is limited to Nida Tu Sehar and team members who need it to deliver your plan. WhatsApp conversations are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp itself.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending us sensitive documents you would not want stored, if you need to share lab reports, we will tell you the safest way to do it.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are read, how people arrive, and where they leave. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Where we provide family nutrition plans that include children, we work through the parent or guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf. If you believe a child has given us information without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will tell existing clients directly.
