01 · Cardiometabolic health

Weight loss, blood sugar and heart health, managed with the food you love.

31.4%of adults aged 20 to 79 in Pakistan have diabetes, the highest rate in the world, according to the IDF Diabetes Atlas 2025.

Cardiometabolic health covers the measures linked to diabetes and heart disease: waist size, blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. People of South Asian descent tend to develop type 2 diabetes at a lower body weight than white Europeans. A UK study of 1.5 million people found the same risk at a BMI of 23.9 in South Asians as at 30 in white populations, so we measure every plan against South Asian ranges.

We don’t ban foods or hand you a calorie template. Nida Tu Sehar reviews your medical history, metabolism and eating habits, and your plan creates a steady calorie deficit from the food already in your kitchen. No supplements, no meal replacements and no Western substitutes.

“A plan you can follow for 4 weeks is worth more than a perfect plan you abandon in 4 days.”

02 · Insulin resistance and PCOS/PMOS

A PCOS diet plan that works with your hormones.

10 to 13%of women of reproductive age have PCOS/PMOS, according to the World Health Organization.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), now renamed polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), is a hormonal condition that causes irregular periods, raised androgen levels and, often, weight gain. For many women, insulin resistance is a key part of it: the body makes more insulin than it needs, which encourages fat storage and upsets hormonal balance.

You keep the foods you love. We change the portion, the pairing and the timing, so your blood sugar rises less after meals and your hormones get steadier support.

01

Low-GI meals

Fibre-rich, slow-digesting choices such as daal with rice, roti with sabzi and yoghurt for fullness. Fewer insulin spikes, and no food is banned.

02

Blood sugar control

Meal order and portion control, with protein and fibre eaten before carbs, to flatten the rise after every meal.

03

Anti-inflammatory foods

Turmeric, ginger, leafy greens and omega-3-rich foods from South Asian cooking, used on purpose.

04

Research-backed protocols

Informed by Nida Tu Sehar’s research on functional foods, such as chia seeds and blood glucose, rather than wellness trends.

05

Cycle awareness

Meals matched to the phases of your menstrual cycle where this helps.

06

Lab-informed changes

On Signature, your fasting glucose, insulin and lipid results are read into your plan, and the plan is updated based on your real results.

01 Can I lose weight without giving up Pakistani food?

Yes. Our whole approach is built on it. Daal, karahi, palak gosht, roti and sabzi stay in every plan, portioned and combined to create a calorie deficit without cutting out foods.

02 Can insulin resistance be improved through diet?

Yes. Diet is the main evidence-based way to improve insulin sensitivity in people who don’t have diabetes. A low-GI plan reduces the insulin spikes that drive fat storage and hormone disruption, and we adjust it to your lab results.

03 What foods should I limit with PCOS/PMOS?

High-GI carbohydrates such as large portions of white rice, refined flour (maida), sugary drinks and packaged snacks. We don’t remove food groups. We adjust portions, cooking methods and pairings to lower the glycaemic load of the meals you already eat.

04 Is a nutritionist better than a calorie app or an AI bot?

An app applies a generic formula. A clinical nutritionist reads your medical history, lab results and food habits, adjusts your plan to how your body responds, and helps you manage conditions such as PCOS/PMOS or insulin resistance that drive weight gain.

05 Do I need to exercise as well?

It helps, but you don’t need to exercise to start. Many clients lose weight through diet alone. If you want one, the Signature plan includes a home exercise routine matched to your goal and conditions, with an animated guide for every movement.

06 What can you offer businesses, clinics and hospitals?

For businesses, we run group workshops in person or online, one-to-one consultations for employees and follow-up sessions. For clinics, hospitals and nutrition clinics, we offer fully branded, ready-to-use, white-label SaaS solutions. Every proposal is priced for the organisation.
